TITLE REGISTERS

Title Registers or Title Plans just ยฃ19.95. Or both for just ยฃ29.95.

The Title Register shows key property and ownership details held by the Land Registry such as property description, owner information and mortgages/charges. It may also refer to other documents (filed deeds – sold separately) which contain rights, restrictions, covenants and other matters.

Official Copies are admissible in court and act as irrefutable proof of ownership.

TITLE PLANS

Title Plans or Title Registers just ยฃ19.95. Or both for just ยฃ29.95.

The Title Plan shows the location of the registered property as recorded by the Land Registry, and an outline of the land which makes up the title (usually coloured red). Some title plans will also show other information referred to in the Title Register such as rights of way or areas affected by restricted covenants.

Official Copies are admissible in court and act as irrefutable proof of ownership.
