Title Register

The Title Register shows key property and ownership details held by the Land Registry such as property description, owner information and mortgages/charges. It also provides key legal information such as tenure (freehold/leasehold) and title guarantee status. It may also refer to other documents (filed deeds โ€“ sold separately) which contain rights, restrictions, covenants and other matters.

We can provide Official Copies (OC1) of the Title Register by email within the hour. Official Copies are admissible in court, accepted by all Government agencies and act as irrefutable proof of ownership.
